Custom Album Design
After your wedding, I truly believe that your images are meant to live alongside you in your home, not just stashed away on a laptop or device. I have been working hard to create an album experience that will help you truly enjoy your memories for decades to come!
How it works.
You’re busy. You would love an album, but the process feels overwhelming. How do you pick which images to include? Where do you even start?
Our in-house album designer, Samantha, takes the reigns, and puts together an initial layout of your wedding photos for you. She then sets up a Zoom call to review and make any adjustments with you until it is perfect.
You will review the base album option, an 8x8 album with 20 pages (10 spreads). From there you will be able to customize anything to your liking during your design meeting with Samantha. She will review the design with you page by page, provide cover options, and outline any additional features or pages that you may want to include.
After your wedding, we’ll send you a scheduling email to set up a time to meet with Samantha via Zoom. Samantha will also receive your image gallery after it has been delivered to you. She will create a rough draft based on her expertise, the images from the day, and how the story flows best.
Imagine opening this book together in 20 years. Seeing the most heartfelt moments from your wedding day and most importantly, the people you shared it with. Photos allow us to relive the best days of our lives over and over again. It’s a little piece of real life magic and it’s even better with a tangible album that you can hold in your hands.

FAQs
How do we order?
You may have an album included in your original wedding photography collection with Courtney Kent Photography. If this is the case, no other information is needed and you will hear from Samantha directly. If you do not already have an album in your contract, you can email her anytime to get started!

A spread is two pages when the book is open. With a lay-flat album, one image could span the entire spread or there could be multiple images in the layout.

The specific number can vary depending on your album layout. Albums comfortably fit 1-3 images per page. In some sections of the album, such as dancing during your reception, you may be able to fit more without detracting from the design. Our album designer will work with you to create the optimal flow for your album.

Great question! We've streamlined our process to eliminate the need for you to select your favorite images. Samantha will craft a rough draft that tells the story of your day in a beautiful way and then during the album design meeting, she'll work with you to make it perfect!

No! Most couples upgrade the size, add more pages, and customize the cover to make it a one of a kind heirloom that they'll enjoy for a lifetime. We start with the minimum album size because every couple has a different idea of what the perfect size is for them.

For most couples, it's 60-90 minutes, but a lot of that will depend on how decisive you are. We recommend going through your final gallery a day or two before your meeting to familiarize yourself with the images again.

We never want our couples to feel like they're stuck between a rock and a hard place with wanting to create their dream album, but not able to cover the cost up front. For this reason, we offer interest free monthly payments that allow you to spread out the cost over several months. We collect a deposit up front before ordering your album and then we'll charge your card on file each month until the remaining balance is paid.

After you finalize and approve your album design with Samantha, she will process your remaining balance payment, including any upgrades, and place your order. Typical production and shipping times are between 4-6 weeks.
